  • Where do you travel to?
We currently serve Broward and Palm Beach County.
  • What about tips for the bartender?
As you might be aware, tips constitute the major portion of a bartender's earnings. We offer the choice of either having a tip jar on the bar or including a gratuity provided by the host at the conclusion of the event. This is one of the topics we go over during the pre-party consultation. Please keep in mind, if you'd rather not have a tip jar at your event, an 18% gratuity will be automatically applied to your bill.
  • Is there an additional charge for setting up the bar prior to the event?
No. Your quoted price covers a setup period of 30 to 45 minutes before your event, with the exact duration determined by the size and type of the event.
  • Why should I hire a professional bartender?
Planning a party and bringing people together can already be quite stressful. With the presence of a dedicated drink handler, you can unwind and fully savor the event. Our skilled bartenders will ensure a continuous flow of beverages and the well-being of your guests. Furthermore, our bartenders possess a wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm for concocting drinks. They have the ability to spontaneously craft custom drinks based on your guests' preferences. Additionally, they have received comprehensive training and certification in food safety and responsible alcohol handling. Lastly, our company is licensed and insured, meaning that by enlisting the services of a professional bartender, you are provided with coverage and protection in case of unexpected incidents. While event liability might not be at the forefront of your thoughts, it could turn out to be the most critical consideration.
  • What types of events do you service?
VIP Bartending Services will service a wide variety of events... Anniversary Parties Birthday Parties Cocktail Making Classes Company Events Engagement Parties Graduations Holiday Parties Rehearsal Dinners Retirement Parties Weddings
  • Are your bartenders trained?
Yes! Our bartending staff is made up of experienced bartenders. In addition, they have completed the ServSafe Alcohol Course and also the Training for Intervention Procedures program (T.I.P.S). All of our bartenders are highly rated for their professionalism and customer service skills.
  • How do I book?
Begin the process by reaching out to us via email through our contact page or by clicking on the "Get a FREE Quote" icon. We will provide you with additional information and we can chat further about the details of your dream event.
  • What if I only need a bartender for 1 or 2 hours?
Our bar packages are tailored to offer a minimum of 4 hours of service. Furthermore, our bartenders' contracts ensure they receive a guaranteed minimum of 4 hours per event.
  • How far in advance should we book your services?
Typically, guests make reservations for their event date with a lead time of 2 to 4 months. This advance notice enables us to arrange for bartenders, create a tailored shopping list for your menu, and ensure all other preparations are in place.
  • How much alcohol should we purchase for my event?
Each occasion varies, and attendees come with their unique drinking habits and choices. We'd be delighted to assist you in creating a customized shopping inventory for your upcoming gathering.
  • What is your payment policy?
A 50% deposit is needed at the time of booking to secure your event date, and this payment serves as a non-refundable retainer. The remaining 50% balance must be settled two weeks before the event. We offer payment options, including credit cards, Apple Pay, and PayPal.
  • How many bartenders do I need for my event?
Each bartender can effectively serve a maximum of 50 customers. If your crowd exceeds 50 people, it is strongly advised to enlist a second bartender to ensure your guests receive the attention they deserve. Furthermore, it is advisable to add an additional bartender for every two bars that are operational simultaneously.
  • Do you sell alcohol?
We do not offer any alcohol for sale. We are only able to provide service for alcohol that the event host has procured in advance. If necessary, we can arrange to collect the pre-purchased alcohol from a nearby liquor store for an extra charge.
  • Why do you not provide liquor?
In every state, it is a legal requirement for a business or establishment to obtain a license for the sale of alcohol. As mobile bartenders, we offer bartending services but do not possess the necessary license for alcohol sales. This is a common practice within the mobile bartending industry, ultimately resulting in cost savings for your event, in contrast to paying a combined fee for liquor on a per-person basis along with service and gratuity charges.
