  • Where do you travel to?
We currently serve Broward and Palm Beach County.
  • What about tips for the bartender?
As you may know, tips make up the bulk of any bartender's income. We can opt for a tip jar on the bar or a host-supplied gratuity at the end of the evening. That is one of the items we discuss at the pre-party consultation. NOTE: If you prefer not to have a tip jar at your event, an 18% gratuity will be added to your bill.
  • Is there an additional charge for setting up the bar prior to the event?
No. Your quoted price already includes a 30 - 45 minute setup prior to your event (depending upon the size and type).
  • Why should I hire a professional bartender?
You already have enough stress planning the party and bringing people together. Having someone there to handle all the drinks lets you relax and enjoy the party. Our professional bartenders will keep the drinks flowing and ensure your guests are taken care of. Our bartenders are also knowledgeable and passionate about crafting drinks. They can create special drinks on the spot based on your guest’s preferences. They are also trained and certified in food safety and handling alcohol. Finally, our company is licensed and insured so by hiring a professional bartender, you are covered and protected if something should happen. Liability at an event might not be the first thing you think about, but it could be the most important.
  • What types of events do you service?
VIP Bartending Services will service a wide variety of events... Anniversary Parties Birthday Parties Cocktail Making Classes Company Events Engagement Parties Graduations Holiday Parties Rehearsal Dinners Retirement Parties Weddings
  • Are your bartenders trained?
Yes! Our bartending staff is made up of experienced bartenders. In addition, they have completed the ServSafe Alcohol Course and also the Training for Intervention Procedures program (T.I.P.S). All of our bartenders are highly rated for their professionalism and customer service skills.
  • How do I book?
Start by sending us an email on our contact page or click on the "Get a FREE Quote" icon. We will provide you with additional information and we can chat further about the details of your dream event.
  • What if I only need a bartender for 1 or 2 hours?
Our bar packages are designed to provide services for a minimum of 3 or 4 hours. In addition, the contract we have with our bartenders provides them a guaranteed minimum of 3 or 4 hours per event.
  • How far in advance should we book your services?
Guests generally book at least 2 - 4 months in advance to secure an event date. This allows us to schedule bartenders, provide a personalized shopping list for your menu, and get everything else in order.
  • How much alcohol should we purchase for my event?
Every event is different and guests have different drinking styles and preferences. We would be happy to help you put together a personalized shopping list for your upcoming event.
  • What is your payment policy?
We require a 50% deposit upon booking. This payment is a non-refundable retainer and locks in your event date. The remaining 50% balance is due two weeks prior to the event. We accept credit card payments, Apple Pay, or PayPal.
  • How many bartenders do I need for my event?
Each bartender will handle crowds of up to 50 people. If you go over 50 people, it is highly recommended to add a second bartender to make sure your guests get the attention they deserve. Additionally, it is recommended to add one extra bartender for 2+ bars running at the same time.
  • Do you sell alcohol?
No, we do not sell alcohol of any kind. We can only serve the alcohol that has already been purchased by the host of the event. If needed, we can pick up the alcohol that you have already purchased at a local liquor store for an additional fee.
  • Why do you not provide liquor?
By law, a business/establishment must be licensed to “sell” liquor in each state. As a mobile bartender, we provide the service (bartending service) but do not have the license to sell alcohol This is very common with mobile bartending. You end up actually saving money for your event, as opposed to getting a "price per person" liquor cost + service and gratuity.
